How AllennellA Helps Turn Things Around
Coach vs. Consultant: What’s the Difference?
A consultant is like a travel agent: they assess your needs, help you design a plan, and provide a map showing you where to go. You and your team are then responsible for following the route.
A coach is like a tour guide; they walk with you through the journey, helping you navigate detours, stay focused, and overcome obstacles along the way.
Chuck brings both approaches together, combining consulting strategy with coaching support to ensure individuals and organizations don’t just start strong, but finish well. This isn't a one-time service; it’s a guided journey toward lasting transformation.

Chuck's Turning Point
The track meet at UCLA was the moment everything unraveled; it was the first of three devastating injuries. He was depressed and suicidal, then came the turnaround, his penultimate step.
Chuck Allen, Student-Athlete - Kansas State University
This almost broke him. It didn’t bury him. It built him.

TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT
Chuck was an award-winning leader leading an award-winning organization, but the people around him were losing, drowning under the pressure he created.
How To Create a Toxic Work Environment is a candid and redemptive workshop for leaders who want to lead well but may be blind to the harmful culture they’re unintentionally shaping. Chuck shares how he built a culture rooted in Scripture and a Christ-centered mission, but in practice, it left people frustrated, burned out, and undervalued. This workshop is grounded in the hard lessons he lived and offers a better path forward for leaders who truly want their people to flourish.
